will have the same bolt patterns. That being said, fit and finish are not the same for all model or brands. You'd think everyone would be working off the same welding jig, but it appears that is not the case. So your best bet is to buy a package, eg. Xpipe and cat back, from the same mfr. The other option is to buy various parts from whatever sources are available; then take the parts [and the car] to a good welding shop that is experienced in stainless and exhaust system fabrication for final fit. I prefer this method because it pretty much guarantees a good fit... given the parts are basically well made and originally designed for a Z32.
